Show Alzheimers info Dane lie B reds guard, a licensed TRT, will present information on Alzheimer's, at the First Baptist Church, 1915 S. Orchard Drive, Thursday, Aug. 16, at 7 p.m. The public is invited. Dane lie is director of the Adult Day Care Center at the Bountiful Convalescence Center. She has worked with Alzheimer patients for the past three years. Following a video on the subject, there will be a discussion period Danelle plans to bring along an R.N. specializing in geriatric medicine to answer questions. ques-tions. Alzheimer's is becoming more prevalent as our population has higher percentages of older people. AJmost every family has, or knows of, someone so afflicted. It is helpful for friends as well as family members to know something of the illness in order to be understanding. |
