Show NOTICE 6f TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property prop-erty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, the 23rd day of March, 1990, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest comer of Lot 2, MT. DELL SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 21, 22, 27 and 28, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Layton, and running thence North 89 degs. 42' West 2.61 feet; thence South 24 degs. 04' East 178.65 feet to the Southerly line of Lot 1, in said subdivisions; thence North 69 degs. 10' East 89.76 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, thence North 20 degs. 50' West 150 feet to the South line of a street; thence South 69 degs. 10' West 26.4 feet; thence North 89 degs. 42' West 76.12 feet to the point of beginning.
