Show NOTICEOF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 1st day of August, 1989, at 1:30 P.M. on the Main Entrance to the Davis County Courts Building, Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by BRYAN W. CANNON, as Trustee, and CAPITAL ASSETS FINANCIAL SERVICES, as Beneficiary, under the Deed, of Trust made by GEORGE LUKE CONSTRUCTION, INC., as Trustor, recorded November 16, 1987 as Entry No. 0807927, in Book 1204 at Page 708 of Official Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of CAPITAL ASSETS FINANCIAL FI-NANCIAL SERVICES, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded March 21, 1989, as Entry No. 852513 in Book 1283, at Page 128 of said Official Records. The beneficial interest under said, Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby is now owned by Capital Assets Financial Services. Trustee will sell at pubic auction to the highest biddef irt cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property 2736 South Cove Lane, Bountiful, Davis County, State of Utah: All of Lot 4, MAPLE HILLS SUBDIVISION NO. 4, Flat "A",' a subdivision of part of Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. for the purpose of paying obligations obliga-tions secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charge and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the Unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
