Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale on the North front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, on December 6, 1988, at the hour of 1 1:00 a.m. of said day; for the - ' purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated October 27, 1976 executed by Kevin D. Cardwell and Beatrice M. Cardwell, as Trustors, covering real property located at 1088 North 1250 East B-2, East Layton, Davis County, Utah and more particularly described as follows: All of Unit 2, Building B, including includ-ing the appurtenant car port and patio, AMENDED PLAT OF NAYON HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUM, CON-DOMINIUM, as the same is defined de-fined and established and identi- Cfied on the "Record of Survey Clap of Amended Plat of Nayon heights Condominium", recorded re-corded December 31, 1975, in the office of the Davis County Recorder as Entry No. 425565, in Book 587, Page 965 of Official Records, and in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of NAYON HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUM, dated June 6, 1973 and recorded June 15, 1973 as Entry No. 381846 in Book 518, pages 456 to 474, inclusive, as Amended by Amended Declaration recorded December 31, 1975 as Entry No. 425566 in Book 587, page 966 of Official Records, as Amended by Amended Declaration recorded re-corded January 23, 1976 as Entry En-try No. 426833 in Book 590, page 97 of Official Records of Davis County, Utah.
