Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE On the 12th day of December, 1988, at the hour of nine o'clock a.m., of said day, on the North steps of the Davis County Courthouse, corner of State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, E. NORDELL WEEKS, as Trustee, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described property, situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, and described as follows, to wit: All of Unit Q-23, CEDAR SPRINGS CONDOMINIUMS, as the same is defined and established estab-lished and identified on the "Record "Re-cord of Survey Map of CEDAR SPRINGS CONDOMINIUMS", CONDOMI-NIUMS", duly recorded in the Office of the Davis County Recorder Re-corder on September 16, 1976, as Entry No. 442675, and in the DECLARATION DE-CLARATION OF COVENANTS, COVE-NANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, CEDAR SPRINGS CONDOMINIUMS, dated September 15, 1976 and recorded re-corded September 16, 1976, as Entry No. 442676, in Book 616, Page 519 of Official Records. TOGETHER WITH an undivided undi-vided interest in and to the Common Com-mon Area as the same is established estab-lished and identified in the Declaration De-claration and Map referred to hereinabove; TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO easements through said Unit, Appurtenant to the Common Area, and all other Units, for the support and repair of said Unit, of the Common Com-mon Area, and all other Units; SUBJECT TO the provisions of the Utah Condominium Ownership Own-ership Act, the aforesaid "Declaration", "De-claration", the aforesaid "Survey "Sur-vey Map", and all rules, regula-. regula-. tions and agreements lawfully made and-or entered into pursuant pur-suant to the provisions of the aforesaid Act and Declaration, and all easements, conditions and restrictions of record. Said sale will be made without covenant cove-nant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances, encumbr-ances, to satisfy the expenses of sale as provided by law and to pay the obligations obliga-tions secured by and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in the Deed of Trust executed by F. LADDIE SWAN-ER, SWAN-ER, as Trustor, for the benefit and security of DAVIS COUNTY BANK as Beneficiary, recorded February 1, 1984, as Entry No. 663352, in Book 977, at Page 15, of the Official Records of the Davis County Recorder, State of Utah.
