Show Red Ribbon Campaign is i Easle Scout service project Brian Ford of Scout Troop 998 is directing the awareness effort for the National Red Ribbon Campaign at Bountiful Junior High for his Eagle Scout Project. Pledges from the students are being sought to remain drug free. These signatures are being signed on pledge sheets to be presented to Governor Bangerter, who is honorary honor-ary chairman for the Utah Federation Federa-tion of Drug Free Youth's Red Ribbon Rib-bon campaign this year. Brian is also working with the PTA to decorate the building for Red Ribbon Week and will take part on the assembly planned for ' Tuesday. He has enlisted the help of three scout troops to carry out this effort. Students who sign the pledge sheets will receive the official red ribbon with the slogan "The Choice For Me-Drug Free" imprinted on it. Part of Brian's project has been obtaining financial backing from the community to fund the ribbons and prizes. Drawings will take place daily from names obtained on the pledge sheets for prizes donated by local merchants. The final drawing will take place Friday at the dance. The winner will receive a $50 savings bond from Citibank of Bountiful.
