Show PUBLIC NOTICE FARMINGTON HISTORIC HOUSE AVAILABLE Farmington City Corporation is offering the historic Williams-Sartor house, built in the late 1800's, located at 96 North and 100 East in Farmington for sale at the highest bid. The house is being offered to the general public for relocation purposes to comply with requirements re-quirements of the National Historic Preservation Act. Priority shall be given to those offering to relocate the house to a location most likely to allow the structure to remain eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. To gain such priority, bidders are encouraged en-couraged to: 1. Follow the Secretary of Interior's standards for rehabilitation of historic structures which includes the phases of "'" relocation, repair aridOr maintenance. 2. Seek consultation with the Utah State Historic Preservation Officer concerning these standards as they pertain per-tain to relocation, repair andor maintenance. mainte-nance. 3. Submit a relocation and re-use plan with specifics regarding a new site location. The winning bidder who demonstrates demons-trates their willingness to comply with the above requirements will be eligible for Federal funding through Farming-ton Farming-ton City to partially defray the cost of relocation andor rehabilitation. (Note: The extent of this funding is only up to the estimated cost of demolition of the structure.) This estimate is available by calling the Farmington City Manager at 451-2383 or by contacting him at the Farmington City Hall located at 130 North Main in Farmington, Utah.
