He encouraged en-couraged the group to continue and offered his assistance in the committee's com-mittee's efforts. The three sub-committees formed at the previous meeting Claudia Conder reported from the "Buy Benchmark" Committee. Commit-tee. Because of the difficulty and expense of creating a charge card or credit card, the sub-committee felt that a discount card was more likely to succeed. This discount card would be distributed to as many residences as possible and be used in as many businesses as were willing to participate. Stan Postma reported findings from the Survey Committee. Utah State University has put together a package by which communities can survey residences randomly to obtain information. It was suggested sug-gested that the committee ask the city officials from each city to join in this effort and in return use the survey to obtain pertinent information informa-tion for the cities. Anyone interested in joining is welcome and encouraged. In order to continue this effort, volunteers are needed. Lend us your expertise. exper-tise.
