Show FAYE LIMB IS INJURED WHEN BUS HITS TRUCK Faye Limb of Milford, son of Mrs. Robert Limb, suffered compound fracture of the legs in a bus 'accident about 3:20 o'clock Thursday morning, nine miles south of Beaver on Hiway 91. Mr. Limb was en route home to spend the Christmas holidays in Milford. Mil-ford. . Three other persons received multiple compound leg fractures frac-tures when a northbound Union Pacific bus overran several warning flares and plowed into a stalled Arrowhead truck. No reason for ignoring the warning flares was advanced, and early investigation by state highway patrolmen indicated that the driver of the bus "probably" lad fallen asleep. S. Navy in Southern California, Cali-fornia, was en route home on a Christmas furlough. Riding on the front seat, he received the brunt of the crash, according to word from the Beaver Press. The entire front end of the bus was "riddled," according to reports. Victims of the accident were removed to the Iron County Hospital at Cedar City. Mrs. Limb, mother of Faye, left early Thursday morning for Cedar City to be at the bedside of her son. |
