Show NEWS NOTES FROM GREENVILLE By MRS. GEORGE HORTON The Riding Club enjoyed a straw ride and steak supper at the Barton cabin south of Greenville Green-ville last Friay night. Mrs. Ross Smith, Mrs. Jack Parkinson and Mrs. Emil Nowers composed the i serving committee. Supper was served to 26 members. Friday evening, Oct. 3, six couples surprised Farrell Scott on his birthday. The evening was spent playing bunco, after which a delicious two-course luncheon was served to Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Edwards, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Yardley, Mr. and tMs. Mrs. Jack Yardley, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Farrer, Mr. and Mrs. Or-mond Or-mond Morris and Mr. and Mrs. Farrell Scott. Mrs. Olive Murdock returned home Sunday after a month's visit with relatives in LaJava, Colo. Mrs. Twitchell spent three days this week at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Nola Morris. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Murdock Mur-dock spent Sunday visiting relatives rela-tives and attending Sunday school, of which Mr. Murdock is |
