Show Queen contest dates, rules, tryouts planned An invitation is extended this week to all Springville girls 17 to 27, to enter the "Miss Springville Pageant," to select a queen and attendants who will reign over the city's annual Art City Days celebration celebra-tion in June. The contest will be held Friday, Fri-day, March 22, at 8 p.m., in the high school auditorium, under un-der the direction of Jessie J. Dalton, general chairman. Try-outs Try-outs are scheduled for Friday, March 8, at 7 p.m., in the Civic Civ-ic Center. Entrants must be between the ages of 17 and 27, not have been married, present a talent number, not to exceed three minutes, appear in play clothes or swim suit. Judging will be as follows: 50 points for talent; 25, beauty; beau-ty; 25, poise and personality.
