Entry forms will be available at food stores and from dairy home deliverymen. There is a limit of one entry per person, and all Utahns over 16 years of age are eligible. Each recipe should include at least one dairy product such as milk, butter or cheese. Dixie Lee, director of the Dairy Council of Utah, and Mrs. F. Edis Taggart, president of Dairy Wives, are assisting with contest plans. Vickie Edwards, Utah's Dairy Princess, issued a special invitation invi-tation to high school and college col-lege students to enter. "All entries 'should be sent to the offices of the American Dairy Associations of Utah, 449 East Ninth South Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111," Mr. Ure said.
