' ' i ' : y ti : , -" n 'f CONCERT COMING This string quartet will be featured with the Springville Junior High School String Orchestra consisting of 44 pieces, and the Springville High School Orchestra in a free concert Sunday at 3 p.m. in the art building. Combined junior and senior high orchestras plan Sunday concert Combined orchestras of the high school and junior high school will appear in concert at the art building Sunday, April 30, under the baton of Harmon Hatch. The concert is open to the public and will be held at 3 p.m. Mr. Hatch has an outstanding orchestra both in the high school group and junior high group. There are approximately approximate-ly 100 students participating in three orchestras which wui be divided into the B orchestra of the junior high, the A orchestra or-chestra and the high school orchestra. They will perform in this order Sunday. The string quartet of the A orchestra of the junior high will be featui-ed during the concert con-cert in playing an original arrangement ar-rangement of Miss Ann Williams, Wil-liams, student teacher. There are 44 members in the junior high A orchestra. Members of the quartet include Louise Craig, Mary Dean Cloward, Christine Hatch and Kenneth Goates. |
