Show Homo Culture Club Members of the Home Culture Cul-ture Club will be entertained Friday at 3 p.m., at the home of Mrs. Waldo Jackson. Gary Lawrence will give the program. pro-gram. LDS Sociables The LDS Sociables comprising compris-ing those people over 25 years, unmarried, are invited to a regular Saturday dancing party at the Fourth-Twenty-seventh Ward, 575 So., 400 West, Orem. Alumni who have married since joining the group, are also invited. in-vited. Teen-age dance The regular Teen-age Dance will be held Saturday evening, 8:30 p.m., to 11:30 p.m., at the Memorial Hall, with the Heads furnishing the music. Adults are invited to visit the dance any time. Last Saturday evening, eve-ning, a New Year's dance proved successful with some 257 young people from Spring-ville Spring-ville and surrounding communities, commun-ities, enjoying the dance. A large group of parents also visited during the evening. Legion Auxilary The American Legion Auxiliary Auxil-iary will conduct the January meeting next Wednesday at 8 p.m., at Memorial Hall, under direction of President Gladys Pennngton. Mrs. Helen Cran-dall Cran-dall is in charge of the program pro-gram on legislation. Federated Music Club A meeting of the Federated Music Club for this month will be held Friday, January 7 at 8 p.m., at the home of Mrs. Eileen Bird. Mrs. Irma Brails-ford Brails-ford will be in charge of the program. County DUP meet The monthly meeting of the East-South Utah County DUP will be held today, January 6, at 2 p.m., at the Second-Eighth Second-Eighth Ward Church, under direction di-rection of President Mary Smart. |
