Show Hi; 'Chairman named, plans made .for annual art tea April 18 The April Art Tea, sponsor-d sponsor-d annually by the Federated Vomcns Clubs of Springville, ill be held this year on Sat-rday, Sat-rday, April 18, from 2 until p.m., at the high school Art luseum. Special invitations will be iven to state and district club i fficers, to the governor's wife nd to the mayor's wife and I ther special guests to attend, f Each of the Springville Fed-rated Fed-rated Club women may bring guest. Arrangements are be-ig be-ig made to entertain approxi-lately approxi-lately 400 laidies during the fternoon. Theme of the tea this year, ill be "Spring Enchantment" o be emphasized in spring looms and other motifs. Various phases of the tea lans have been assigned to he nine federated clubs of the city, Mrs. Evelyn Robbins of Companions Club, acting as general chairman, assisted by Mrs. Lynne Brown. The Jeune Mere Club and the Alpha Beta Club will have charge of the theme and decorations with chairmen includiing Mrs. Olive Bray and Mrs. Melva Harrison. Harri-son. The Ladies Literary Club will send out the invitations. Mrs. Helen Anderson is chairman, chair-man, assisted by Mrs. Blanch Beal. Publicity is in charge of the Pari Passu Club and the .chairman .chair-man of this phase of the event is Mrs. Dorothy Hazel. To the Home Culture Club has been assigned refreshments refresh-ments with Mrs. Maude Niel-son Niel-son to act as chairman. Arranging for tables and chairs in the gallery will be the responsibility of the Cultural Cul-tural Arts Club with Mrs. Margaret Mar-garet Holdaway, chairman. Reception of guests has been assigned to the Aureole Club with Mrs. Mary Schwartz in charge. The Faits Bien Club will be responsible for the serving; Mrs. Beverly Metcalf and Mrs. Janet Snelson are making these arrangements.
