He also noted the law requires re-quires any person purchasing a resident license must be a citizen of the United States, who has been bona fide domiciled dom-iciled in the state of Utah for six months immediately preceding pre-ceding the date of purchase of a license required by the law and includes residents of this state in military service, attending at-tending school, or employed in the federal service, who have not established residence in any other state. Carr of the dapartment of fish and game. Carr said the licenses were being mailed to the more than 500 agents in ample time to meet the April 16 deadline which annually begins the new license year under legislative law. He noted that beginning this date a proper 1964 license must be possessed and visibly displayed by anyone in pursuit of fish and game. |
