Crowned The queen and her attendants will be crowned at the Military Ball sponsored by the Guard Saturday evening, January 25, at the Armory. The public is invited to this event. Lynn Boyer is chairman of the queen contest and Gerald Carter, the dance. The girls participating in the contest, may present a talent of singing, dancing, playing a musical instrument, dramatic reading, art display, dress designing, de-signing, or a 3-minute talk on the career she hopes to follow. Should Miss Springville win in state competition, she will enter the Miss Utah contest and possibly the Miss America.
