Show t , , t SUSC 'outreach' class set course is designed to acquaint teachers with the concepts, source materials, methods and activities available when presenting chemistry units of study. Outreach classes in education will he offered lall quarter in Richfield, Tropic, Delta and St. (Jcorgc. 'Through the unique SUSC program, students who successfully complete requirements lor graduation earn the bachelors degree in education by taking courses taught near their homes. fe Physical Science 300, Chemistry for Elementary Teachers, will be taught Aug. 17-21 in Marysvale as part of Southern Utah State College's Outreach Program in Teacher Education. Richard R. Kennedy, associate professor of geology at SUSC, will be the instructor for the three-credit course. Sessions will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day in the Oscarson Elementary School, and registration can' be completed the first day class is held.
