Show FOR SENIOR CITIZENS Many older Utahns suffer from poor nutrition because they don't know how to prepare pre-pare and enjoy food any longer. As family and living liv-ing situations change, children move away and partners die, it may not seem worthwhile to plan and prepare pre-pare balanced meals. The hazards of bad eating habits are real.
