Petition of William Kehr to rezone from Agri-I Agri-I cultural A -5 to Industrial I -1 the following land: Be finning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter quar-ter of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 29 South, Range 8 West, Salt Lake Base andMeridian, and running thence South 34 rods; thence East approximately 33 rods; thence North 34 rods; thence West approximately approxi-mately 33 rods to the place of beginning, containing 7 acres. and to rezone from Residential Residen-tial - Agricultural RA-1 to Industrial 1-1 the following land: Beginning 620 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter ofSection 27, Township 29South, Range 8 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence West 230 feet; thence South 585 feet 3 inches; North 69 24' East 248 feet; thence North 495 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.85 l acres. The former proposal, on which a public hearing was held August 6, 1981, was to rezone the above land to Commercial C -3, but the present proposal is to rezone re-zone to Industrial 1-1. 2. Petition of V. Lee Oertle to rezone from Agricultural Agri-cultural A -5 to Industrial 1-1 the following land; Land containing 11.4 acres ac-res adjoining on the northwest north-west side of Highway U-21 approximately 5 miles west of Beaver City and described des-cribed as; Beginning 2.0 rods South of the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter ofSection 23,Town-ship 23,Town-ship 29 South, Range 8 West, Salt Lake Base andMeridian, thence running East 42 rods more or less, to the west right-of-way line of Utah Highway No. 21; thence Southwesterly along the said right-of-way line 89 rods, 'more or less; thence North 50 rods; thence East 31 rods to the, place of beginning. The Oertle land has been previously rezoned to Industrial Indus-trial 1-1 by Beaver County Ordinance No. 160, but the Notice of Public Hearing for that change stated the proposed pro-posed rezoning to be to Com -mercial C-3 and the September Sept-ember 15, 1981, hearing is to enable objections to be made to the Industrial 1-1 zoning. Under the provisions of Chapter 6, Title 40, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, the Board of Oil, Gas and Mining Min-ing held a hearing on Thursday, Thurs-day, March 26, 1981, in the Wildlife Resources Auditorium, Audi-torium, 1596 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, for the purpose of receiving comments, and changes and amendments to the General Rules and Regulations Regu-lations in addition to several sev-eral amendments proposed by the Division. Having considered the comments and amendments' presented at said hearing, the Board is now prepared to finalize for adoption rules covering the following: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HEAR-ING ON REZONING PETITIONS PETI-TIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a public hearing on the 15th day of September, 1981, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M., at the Commission Chamber in the Beaver Co. Courthouse in Beaver City, Utah, at which time and place members of the public will be heard on the question of whether or not the following amendments should be made to the Zoning Ordinance and Map of Beaver County, Utah: 1) Rule C-ll will be deleted de-leted and a new Rule 1-1 JECTION CRITERIA AND STANDARDS ADOPT ED .This standards s.dopted. This regulation is being considered consid-ered for adoption for the purpose of establishing a portion of "Utah's Underground Under-ground Injection Program" for Class II wells as requir ed by the Safe DrinkingWat-er DrinkingWat-er Act, PL 93-523 as amended amend-ed by PL 95-190, and the rules and regulations thereunder. there-under.
