He has just received his mission call, and will be leaving in August. Monday, Arthur Blackner was riding his horse home, and dismounted to open the gate to his property. The horse suddenly dropped dead. Mr. Blackner was pinned against the gate and was injured quite badly. He was taken to the Beaver Valley Hospital by ambulance. ambu-lance.
