REQUIREMENTS CHANGED Food stamp income eligibility eli-gibility limits reflecting increases in-creases in the cost of living will rise by about 13 percent for the period beginning July 1. The 1977 Food Stamp Act requires the USDA to adjust income eligibility standards annually to reflect the cost of living increases.
