Elmer and Rita Cosper drove to Las Vegas to enjoy the Easter holiday with their son, Andy and family. The ward primary officers offi-cers and teachers held an . Easter party for the children on Tuesday. Because of the weather, they could hot hold their usual easter egg hunt. Mrs. Agnes Hudson, of Overton, is here at her home. They are cleaning and getting ready to paint. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Lund, of Provo called to see me on Friday. Valerie Is the daughter of OrmandandNola Morris, of Orem, former Greenville residents. The Lunds were married last Visitors at the home of Mrs. Golda Williams the past week were Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Anderson, of Colorado. Co-lorado. He Is a brother of Golda. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Decker and four children, of Pangultch, also were visitors. visit-ors. Howard is a grandson of Golda. She also called to say she had received word of a new great grandson. He is the son of Danny and Dela Stewart, and makes the count thirty three great- grandchildren grand-children for Golda. Frank and Phylis Myers returned from Phoenix this week. They have spent the winter there enjoying the winter sun. Doug and Denise Briggs spent the weekend in Greenville Green-ville visiting relatives. The Briggs are from Ogden. Helen Williams and her daughters enjoyed a day of quilting at the home of Jo-Ann Jo-Ann Blackner. Those enjoying enjoy-ing the get together were Connie Fails, Geraldine Bet-teridge, Bet-teridge, Helen Williams, Jo-Ann Jo-Ann Blackner and their families. fami-lies. Mrs. Vilma Bower and two grandsons left early Thursday for Denver, Colorado, Colo-rado, where they spent the Easter Holidays with her cousin. They returnedhome on Monday. ANOTHER NICE ONE! Division of Wildlife Officers Dale Chenoweth and John Leppink netted some big ones in their annual check on the fish at Minersville Reservoir. None were under one pound, and many were over three pounds. The fish seemed healthy and plentiful. Growth of fish in the Reservoir seems to be faster than any other body of water in southern Utah. Get those fishing rods limbered up! John and Peggy Kerkslek and four children, and Margaret Mar-garet Barton drove to St. George. They did some shopping and enjoyed the beautiful flowers and sunshine sun-shine there week and were on their way to St. George on their honeymoon. |
