Melvin Walker has been deep sea fishing on the CA coast. His wife, LuAnn flew down and joined him for a short vacation. The two returned re-turned Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Jimenez Jim-enez have been in Salt Lake City, where Lewis is undergoing under-going eye surgery. Clyde Turner, of Las Vegas, Veg-as, has been staying with his mother, Mable Turner, while he is working out of Milford. Mr. and Mrs. H.L. Tolley spent last week traveling and visiting with their daughters daugh-ters and their families. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Roberts, of Taylorsville, Mr. and Mrs. Kay Thornley, of Sandy, and Mr. and Mrs. Ron Gale, of Midway. Mr. John Hanley enjoyed a Retirement Party given in his honor last weekend. John has worked for the Union Pacific for many years. ' Curtis and Kim Baxter of Salt Lake City, were down last weekend visiting with Norm Baxter. They enjoyed gathering some pine nuts and hauling wood from the west mountains.
