Show Adams ville Greenville ' ' Bessie Edwards Visitors at the home of Elmer and Rita Cosper for the past week were their son, Andy, and wife, of Las Vegas. They spent the week fishing, enjoying the beautl- , ful Fall scenery and visiting. The visitors returned home on Sunday. Arthur Blackner accompanied ac-companied his daughter, La Ree Stewart, to BoulderCity, NV where they spent the week with " 'another daughter, Elaine Swindlehurst. Orrice and Vera Murdffck are now settled in the Glen-dover Glen-dover Retirement Villa in Portland, Oregon. They left Wednesday with their son, Allan and his wife. A daughter. daugh-ter. John Kerksiek was in the Northern part of the state the past week where he took training to drive the school bus to and from Greenville. Deloy Shepherd and daughter daugh-ter Melissa, of Pleasant Grove, came to help Brent Edwards with his hay, and to do some visiting. Mrs. Lola Hutchings accompanied ac-companied Bessie Edwards to St. George to do temple work. Mr. and Mrs. Ken Barton Bar-ton and children drove to Richfield on Saturday, on business. Cullen and Mary Ann Wil-, Wil-, Hams and family, and James and Lillian Williams drove to Meadow to attend the blessing bles-sing of Rex and RaNae Williams' Wil-liams' baby son. The baby was named Craig. This is two boys for the young couple. Melanie Thompson, who is attending school at Cedar, spent the weekend at home with her family. Ralph and Leah Fordham took Mr. and Mrs. Bill Bower Bow-er to the mountains Saturday to see the beauty of the Fall scenery. Bessie Edwards drove to Milford to attend the General Gen-eral Relief Society meeting which was broadcast over wire to Milford and Beaver areas. She represented the Stake Relief Society. Mrs. Delora Stephens was in Cedar visiting family. John Farnsworth, who has ( been staying in A dams ville with his family is now in Cedar City attending college. col-lege. On Sunday, they drove to Milford where they visited Lorette Thompson who is in' the Geriatrics Ward of the hospital there. Darrell andShirley Wright motored to Payson where they spent the weekend with Kenneth and JoAnn Baker, and to attend the blessing of the Baker's new baby son. Shad and Janet Bradshaw and family were dinner guests at the home of Brent and Sandy Edwards this past week. |
