We've seen this deceptive tactic all too many times in the past and it is typical of their unwillingness to confront con-front this issue of advance impact aid planning for the MX Missile. Marriott's Resolution es-establishes es-establishes the sense of Congress with regard to the MX Missile, saying that no public lands should be withdrawn with-drawn for deployment of the system until aproposal spelling spel-ling out the methods of offsetting off-setting negative impacts is written. Even if we gets6me form of split basing, we want to know up front what the Administration Ad-ministration plans to do to assist with the impact and how they plan to do it.
