Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Continental Lime Inc. 1321 E. 3300 S., Suite 19,SLC,UT 84106, has filed with the State Engineer Appl. 52318 (71"-3445) (71"-3445) to appropriate 1.0 sec. ft. or 723 ac. ft. of water in Beaver County. The water is to be diverted from a well at a point S. 4 W. 641 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 1, T22S, R10W, SLB&M (15 mi. N. Blackrock). The water will be stored from Jan.ltoDec. 31 in a storage tank having a 250,000 gal. capacity; and used from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 for the domestic purposes of 25 persons, dust suppression, suppres-sion, reclamation, revegeta-tion, revegeta-tion, and mining and processing pro-cessing of limestone in SW 14 Sec. 19, T21S, R9W; Sec. 24, 25, 26, 35, 36, T21S'. R10W; and SecL 2, 3, T22S, R10W, SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, UT 84111, on or before Feb. 3, 1979. Dee C.
