EARTH SCIENCES SELLS STOCK Earth Sciences, Inc. (ESI) announced today that Moore McCormack Resources, Inc. has purchased 100,000 shares of ESI common stock for investment purposes at $5.00 per share. The announcement an-nouncement was made by Douglas N. Stevens, President Presi-dent of ESI who said that Moore McCormack has also al-so been granted options to purchase an additional 76,-923 76,-923 common shares over the next three -year period at $6.50 per share. Moore McCormack is a New York Stock Exchange listed company with 1975 revenues of approximately $275 million and net income of approximately $31 million. Moore McCormack and its subsidiaries operate mineral miner-al and energy related projects pro-jects and provide water transportation services.
