Show in an amount not less than five percent of the maximum amount of the bid. NOTICE TOCONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that Milford City Corporation, Milford, Utah, will receive sealed bids up to 4:00 p.m. on the sixth day of October, 1975, for the award of contract for the installation of approximately 1,200 lin. ft. of sanitary sewer and other miscellaneous items connected with the project. Said work to be located on 500 West Street, in Milford, Utah, and will be opened and publicly read aloud at 8:00 p.m. in City Council meeting on the same day. Each bid must conform and be responsive to this invitation, invita-tion, the information for Bidders, Bid-ders, the Plans, Specifications, Specifica-tions, and all other instruments instru-ments comprising pertinent Contract Documents.
