Show FOUR ARRESTED IN DYNAMITE BLASTS LOCALLY City police, with the assistance as-sistance of the Beaver County Coun-ty Sheriff's Dept. and the F.B.I. , issued warrants of arrest for four Juveniles and one 18 -year -old adult Monday Mon-day night In the dynamite blasts of May 2 and May 11. Two juveniles were charged charg-ed with Criminal Mischief, In the May 2 blast, for setting set-ting off a single stick of dynamite dyna-mite in the cannon at the high school. The adult was charged charg-ed with disturbing the peace, since he was just a bystander. bystand-er. The third juvenile was cited for damaging school property by explosive, Sec. 78-8-715, a felony, in the 12:10 a.m. blast May 11, which split the barrel of the high school cannon, sending the burst end nearly to the sidewalk and busting It in six pieces. All juveniles will appear in juvenile court, and the adult in Milford Justice Court. Another juvenile has been arrested and referred to ju venlle court for vandalism In connection with the breaking break-ing of a windshield. All names were withheld by the News in an effort to give parents and the courts an opportunity to rehabilitate rehabili-tate the offenders. However, second-time offenders will be exposed.
