Show ! Clyde Turner and son Russell Rus-sell of Las Vegas, Nevada was up over the weekend to visit his mother, Mrs. Mable i Turner. Brenda Siefers and son Travis of Ely, Nevada were over and spent a few days with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Davis. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Walker Walk-er went to Kanab, Utah last week to see their son, Mike Walker and family. While there they visited Pipe Spring National Monument. Mrs. Bud Whittaker is going to Salt Lake City, Utah to watch her sister, Mrs. Darlene Benson Ben-son of Newton, Utah and her daughter-in-law, Mrs.Shirley Whittaker of Cedar City, Utah, tape their part of the Eugene Jelesnlk Talent Showcase program. pro-gram. It will be shown on KSL TV, Feb. 17 at 5:30 p.m. Mrs. Vlrglnea Young celebrated cele-brated her birthday last Friday, Fri-day, and families here to help her- Vere Mrs. Norma Wad-dlnham Wad-dlnham and son Brent, Dana Waddingham and Ada Stenlin of Delta, Utah, Thea and John Leppink, Glenwood and Paul and Laura Woodberry from Logan, Utah. Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Aagard were in Granger, Utah to visit with their daughter, Wllma Myers and Stacey, who flew down from Tillamook, Oregon. They all stayed at the home of Roger and Janice Aagard. They were all there to attend the wedding of Brent Aagard and Karen Steed. Brent and Karen are now honeymooning in the southern part of the state. Albert Allman of Fielding, Utah visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Allman. .Miss La Don Grimshaw left for Hawawli on a two week vacation. Mrs. Margaret Grimshaw spent the weekend In Salt Lake City, Utah with John and Vickie and Mr. and Mrs. Clark Grimshaw and La-Don La-Don Grimshaw. Marie Kennedy is In Og-den, Og-den, Utah visiting friends. Grandma and grandpa (T. E.) Kennedy of C alien te, Nev. and grandmother (Mrs. A. O.) Hatch andRuth Rencher of St. George were here to visit Mrs. Marie Kennedy and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Edwards. Beniti Burke returned from a week's visit in Calif. Among those visited were former Milford residents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cheetham and Mrs. Cheet-ham's Cheet-ham's mother, Mrs. Anna Cochrane. Bill and Alicia Coon traveled tra-veled to Oregon for the weekend to honeymoon and .visit friends. Joan Schaldt was home from SUSC and stayed with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Schaldt. V. W. Spalnhower spent a few days in Phoenix last week visiting friends and relatives. While there he attended a wedding reception recep-tion for his granddaughter and husband, Becky and Tom Bartlett. He returned home on Tuesday. He said the weather was 80". DUP CAMP MEETS The Horn , Sliver Camp of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers Pio-neers met in their regular meeting at the Vera Bond home on Monday, February 11th. A delicious luncheon was served to nine members. The lesson was given by Vera Bond. |
