T. from qualified bidders for the furnishing of materials and construction of a sewerage improvement project in accordance ac-cordance with Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Con-tract Documents prepared by Call Engineering, mc. 2211 South West. Salt Lake City, Utah 84115. 1. 1. 2. OPENING OF PROPOSALS: PRO-POSALS: Proposals will be received until 7 p. m. and publicly opened and read at 7 p. m. M. D. S. T. on the same date at the office of Justice of the Peace, Milford City Library. 1. 1. 3. OBTAINING CONTRACT CON-TRACT AND BIDDING DOC-MENTS: DOC-MENTS: Drawings, Specifications Specifi-cations and other Contract and Bidding Documents may be obtained upon application at the office of Call Engineer-, Engineer-, ing, Inc., 2211 South 300 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84155. Suppliers or Contractors desiring de-siring Plans and Specifications Specifi-cations for use in preparing Bids may obtain a set of such Documents from the above office upon deposit of $40.00 per set. The full amount of the deposit ($40.00) for one set of such Documents will be refunded to each Bidder who has made such deposit and who has filed his Bid with the Owner as directed in this Notice. Such Documents Docu-ments must be returned in good condition. Refunds will not be allowed if the above documents are not returned within 10 days after the date of the Bid opening. Material suppliers will be refunded $20.00 if they furnish the engineer en-gineer with a copy of their quote. 1. 1. 4. PROPOSALGUAR-ANTEE; PROPOSALGUAR-ANTEE; Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Guarantee Guaran-tee in the form of a certified certi-fied check drawn on an acceptable accep-table bank In the State of Utah, or a bid bond executed by an acceptable bonding company, duly authorized to transact business in the State of Utah, in the amount of not less than five percent (5) of the total amount of the bid. The check or bond shall be made payable to the City of Milford as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and simultaneously fill acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds. 1. 1. 5. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The City of Milford, Mil-ford, herein after called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal Pro-posal in the interest of the Owner. Bids received after the stipulated closing, time will be returned unopened. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal for a period of 60 days after the time set for receipt of the Bids. 1. 1. 6.
