Show NOTICE TO BIDDERS Proposals sealed in opaque envelopes will be received by the County Clerk, Beaver, Utah, In the Clerk's Office, County Courthouse, Beaver, Utah, no later than 2:00 P.M., March 7, 1974, for everything necessary for and incidental to the construction of the proposed pro-posed County Courthouse located lo-cated in Beaver, Utah. Said proposals will be publicly pub-licly opened and read in the Council Chambers, County Courthouse, Beaver, Utah, at no later than 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 7, 1974. The County Commission of Beaver County, Utah, reserves re-serves the right to reject any and all proposals andor waive any informalities in the bids. Each proposal shall be accompanied ac-companied by a bid bond drawn on surety approved by Beaver County, Utah, Commission and made payable thereto in an amount no less than five percent per-cent (5) of the total dollar value of said proposal. Said bid bond of the accepted bidder bid-der shall be forfeited in the event said bidder fails or refuses re-fuses to enter into the contract con-tract or to furnish the required requir-ed one hundred percent (100) performance bond and one hundred percent (100) material ma-terial and labor payment bond. The County Commission of Beaver County, Utah, hereinafter here-inafter known as the Owner, reserves the right to award more than one contract on the work. The successful bidder bid-der (s) hereinafter known as the General Contractor (s) shall assume all responsibility responsibili-ty for proper execution of all work contracted by him. . Instructions, drawings, specifications and proposal forms will be on file in the office of the Beaver County Clerk and Edwards and Daniels, Dan-iels, Architects, 525 East Third South, Salt Lake City, Utah, after February 13, 1974, where they may be consulted or secured for the purpose of bidding.
