Show GOLDEN WEDDING The children of Mr. and Mrs. D. James Williams are honoring the Fiftieth Wedding Anniversary of their parents, Sunday afternoon, the seventeenth seven-teenth day of February, from three to six o'clock at the Greenville Ward Chapel, Greenville, Utah. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. They request no gifts. James and Lilly, as they are known to their many friends, were married February 13, 1924. They are the parents of four children, Clifford, Cedar City; Betty Beeson, Provo; Helen Christiansen, Beaver, and Cullen of Greenville. They have thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. James has been engaged in farming and livestock raising throughout his life. They have both been very active in the LDS church. He was the Bishop of the Greenville Ward and counselor in the Bishopric for many years. He has served on the High Council and held many other positions in both the Ward and Stake. Lilly has been a faithful Relief Society worker, work-er, having served as Relief Society President for many years, and was also counselor and teacher. She served as Stake Relief Society Secretary and has held many other positions posi-tions In the other organizations organiza-tions of the church. |
