Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate ap-propriate water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout through-out the entire year unless otherwise oth-erwise designated. Locations are SLB&M. a-5439, James A. Mayer, Milford, Mil-ford, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 280.92 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Water Users Claims Nos. 71-513, 71-611, 71-611, 71-612, 71-682, 71-1342, 71-2809, 71-2809, Escalante Valley Proposed Pro-posed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted at points and used as follows: 71-513, N. 47 ft. and E. 1264 ft. from W14 Cor. Sec. 23, T29S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for irrigation of 20.0 acs. in NWy4SWy4 said Sec. 23. 71-611, N. 50 ft. and W. 650 ft. from SV4 Cor Sec. 33, T29S R11W, and used for supplemental stockwatering of 15 cattle and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation of 16.5 acs. All uses in SEi4SWy4 said Sec. 33. 71-612, N 490 ft. and W. 190 ft. from Ey4 Cor. Sec. 32, T29S, R11W, and used for supplemental stockwatering of 15 cattle and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation of 19.59 acrs. All uses in SEy4NWi4 sec 29, T29S, R11W. 71-682, N. 490 ft. and W 190 ft. from Ey4 Cor .Sec. 32, T29S, R11W, and used for supplemental stock-watering stock-watering of 5 cattle and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation of 6.5 acs. All uses in SEV4-NWy4 SEV4-NWy4 Sec. 29, T29S, R11W. 71-1342, N. 49 ft. and W. 57 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 21, T29S, R11W, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation of 2.0 acs. in SEy4SWii, SWy4SE said Sec. 21. 71-2809, N. 50 ft. and W. 650 ft. from sy4 Cor. Sec. 33, T29S, R11W, and used for supplemental stockwatering of 5 cattle and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation of 5.5 acs. All uses in SEV4SWy4 said Sec. 33. Hereafter, 280.92 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted from any, each or all of four existing exist-ing wells located as follows: No-' lN. 30 ft. and W. 85 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 1, T29S, R11W; No. 2 S. 1280 ft. and W. 125 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 6, T29S, R10W; No. 3 S. 1995 ft. and E. 1170 ft. from Ny4 Cor. said Sec. 6; No. 4 S. 440 ft. ! and W. 40 ft. from Nli Cor. said Sec. 6. The water is to be used for stockwatering of 20 cattle and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental irrigation irri-gation of 250 acs., but limited to sole supply of 70.09 acs. R19W, and used for domestic purposes for one family, stockwatering of I, 000 cattle, and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for supplemental irrigation ir-rigation of 200 acs., limited to sole supply for 140 acs. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before May 25, 1968.
