Show HOVARD W. COOK, MILFORD RANCHER, DIES IN FILLMORE Graveside funeral services were conducted Monday in the Milford City Cemetery for Howard Willis Cook, 57, who died Friday in the Fillmore BLM office of a heart attack. Rev. James Sloan gave the prayer at the mortuary. The grave 'was dedicated by Richard Rich-ard Buchanan of Salt Lake. Mr. Cook and his wife were in Fillmore on business at the time he was stricken. Mi-. Cook was born June 17, 1910, in Laramie, Wyo., to Walter Wal-ter Illiam and Gertrude Fin-cham Fin-cham Cook. He married Rasalie Koch Jan. 14, 1940, in Milford. He came to Milford in 1914 with his parents from Imperial Valley, Calif. He was a rancher ranch-er and livestock man, and at the time of his death was managing man-aging the Ban Control Ranch in South Milford! Surviving are his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Jimmie (Betty) Wright, Milford; two grandchildren; grand-children; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Ber-tha Cottrell, Milford, and Mrs. Bessie Snyder, of Huntingtodn Park, Calif. |
