Show .Auxiliary Plans School Poster Contest Mrs. Fthel Smith was hostess host-ess at th? American Legion Auxiliary meeting Monday evening, eve-ning, with Mrs. Pat Williams, president, conducting the business busi-ness session. ?-Trs. Metta Weston was r rimed voting delegate to the Mil ord Valley Memorial Hospital Hos-pital Association, with Mrs. T'.i"liams as alternate. Mrs. T-.rry Kirk was appointed Girls S;-ite chairman. Reports included information in the sale of U S Savings Stamps at the Elementary School (where a number of .ti.:dents have purchased sufficient suf-ficient stamps to exchange for bonds); and the presentation of 10 room flags to the school. Mrs. Judy Bri.:coe was appointed ap-pointed to contact schools re-. re-. gardir.g a poppy poster contest, and 1,000 poppies were ordered for sale in May. The ladies will furnish cakes a"d salads for the Legion Birthday Party, to be held Saturday, Feb. 24, in' St. Bridget's Brid-get's recreation hall. Two guests attending were Mrs. Alice Baxter and Mrs. Rulon Brox. After adjournment of the meeting, Mrs. O. R. Smith spoke informally on Rehabilitation, Rehabili-tation, and 40 dozen cookies, made by ladies of the Auxiliary, Auxil-iary, were packed for shipment to the Salt Lake Veterans Hospital. Hos-pital.
