Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF REAL ESTATE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION The Farmers Home Administration is. offering public sale the following described property, situated in and near Mil-ford, Mil-ford, Beaver County, Utah, known as the Gus S. Hoc-ten property, prop-erty, containing 80 acres more or Jess, including the farm dwell-ing dwell-ing and a Supplemental Abstract of Title. North Half of the Northeast Quarter (NV2NE14) of Section Sec-tion Thirty-Six (36), Township Twenty-eight (28) South,. Range Eleven (11) West of the Salt 'Lake Base and Meridian, Merid-ian, together with all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights, used thereon or appurtenant thereto. Subject to exceptions and reservations as contained in the patents from the United States and the State of Utah. Subject to existing rights of way for roads, ditches, canals, telephone and telegraph lines and easements therefor. Subject to agricultural lease which terminates December 31, 1958.
