Show PINON PINE CHRISTMAS TREES FOR SALE. UNITED UNIT-ED STATES DEPARTMENT DEPART-MENT OF THE INTERIOR. INTER-IOR. Subject to the Act of July 31, 1947 (U.S.C, Sec. 1185), and the regulations thereunder (43 C.F.R., Tart 259), sealed bids marked outside out-side "Bid for Christmas Trees, Area , Block No will be received by Pratt All-red, All-red, District Manager, Fillmore, Fill-more, Utah, up to and opened at 2:00 p. m., Mountain Standard Stand-ard Time, October 29, 1958 for all the Christmas trees marked or designated for removal on blocks described below. Deposit De-posit to accompany bids will be 10 of the appraised value of the trees. Deposit must be by cashier's check, certified check, or money order, drawn payable to the Bureau of Land Management. Deposit will be applied to the purchase price, refunded, or retained in part as liquidated damages,' according to the conditions of the sale. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. Each bid must state the amount that will be paid per tree and' the total consideration for the trees in the block.
