"Weber State for SSOO, please." "Name the top three stories of the 1990-1991 school year." "What are: the university change over, President Paul Thompson and " Sure, the top two are easy, but what about the rest. For the past month I have been walking around and asking people what they think the top new stories for the year are. Let me tell you, it is not easy to get a compiled list, but then to put it in an order of importance - well, 1 V . Activities and Acheivements newspaper Year in Review" that is impossible. For the last five days, I have decided that to fully cover everything that occurred at Weber State University this year would probably take an issue of the newspaper that had 80 - 100 pages, with no advertisements. It's not that I wouldn't thoroughly enjoy doing all of the writing, editing and photography for the paper, but seeing as I already caused a Macintosh to internally catch on fire, I think it is best to stick with a nice 12-page issue of the University Post. The news issues that are covered are not necessarily the top five news stories of the whole year, but they are events that occurred during the year. On behalf of The Signpost staff, I hope you have enjoyed the past year, and hope that the three issues of the University Post are atleast familiar news stories to you.
