Show DEALING. WITH NEELEY. Congress Called Upon to Enact Law to Meet the Case. In accordance with the request of Attorney-General Griggs, the judiciarv committee of the house has considered means to deal with the Neeley case, the Cuban postal frauds, and like offenses arising in Cuba. The need of action was suggested by the attorney-general attorney-general in a letter to Chairman Ray of the committee. A bill has been drawn looking to the extradition of Neeley, there being no treaty with Cuba. |
