Tutted Stetee Supreme Court Dlsmlssod CK for Want of Jurisdiction. j The United States supreme court has decided the Kentucky' governorship In favor of Governor Beckham, dismissing dismiss-ing the writ of error from the Kentucky Ken-tucky court of appeals. The opinion was handed down by Chief Justice Fuller.
