Bonds were issued March 1, 1922 to pay 56 per cent of F. A. P. construction, and money was so applied. Bonds numbered one to forty have been paid, and the remaining bonds mature as follows: Numbers 41 to 45 inclusive, March 1, 1941. Numbers 46 to 56 inclusive, March 1, 1942.
