Show DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR GRAZING SERVICE NOTICE Interior Department, Grazing Service Notice is hereby given that by order of the Secretary of the Interior, approved March 10, 1943, and published in the Fed-ereal Fed-ereal Register of March 18, 1943, all grazing districts established under the Taylor Grazing Act, as amended, will be closed to the grazing of horses for the period beginning September 1, 1943, and ending March 1, 1944, except those horses that are lawfully grazing under license or permit, or that are used as riding, pack, or draft animals in connection with livestock live-stock operations or by persons lawfully traveling over such lands. Anyone owning or claiming unlicensed un-licensed or unpermitted horses running at large within these grazing graz-ing districts is hereby ordered and warned to remove such horses from the range on or before September Sep-tember 1, 1943.
