Show YEYO Mrs. J. F. Coftam Reporter Mr. and Mrs. Albert Bunker were in St. George Tuesday on business. Mr. and Mrs. Alpine Chadburn and small daughter of Panaca, spent the week-end with Mr. Chadburn's parents, Mr. and Mrs. June Chadburn. James Price of Panaca was a week-end visitor in town. Mrs. James F. Cottam had what might have been a very serious ser-ious accident last Wednesday morning, when a team she was holding became frightened and bolted, throwing her under the horses. She was severely bruised by the feet of the animals and two wheels of the wagon passed over her back. Dr. W. J. Reich-man Reich-man was summoned and she was given aid. The injury proved to be no more serious than bruises. She is still confined to her bed and will be so for some time. Melbourne Cottam of Watson-ville, Watson-ville, Calif., is spending a week or ten days with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph F. Cottam. Mrs. Melvina Horsley returned from the hospital last Friday where she had been for the past two weeks. She is not showing much improvement in her condition. condi-tion. Mrs. Willard Milne of St. George is here caring for her mother, Mrs. J. F. Cottam during her illness. Carol Cottam left last Sunday for Reno, where she will spend a week's vacation. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Chadburn and small son of Las Vegas, spent the week-end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John H. Bowler. Mrs. Lila Seitz and Mrs. Martha Mar-tha Chadburn went to Central on Monday evening in the interest of a school bus to carry the children child-ren to carry the children from. Central to St. George. Mr. and Mrs. Vaughn Jones and two sons, Lorin and Keith, left last Friday morning for a vacation vaca-tion to Yellowstone Park. Mrs. Blanche Bowler went to St. George Wednesday on business. busi-ness. A pioneer program was given in Sacrament meeting Sunday afternoon, aft-ernoon, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Bowler took a crowd of young folks to Pine Valley Sunday evening for an out-door picnic evening frolic. |
