Show Preliminary Hearing Held On Arizona Cattle Theft Charge At Short Creek Wed. SHORT CREEK, Ariz. Preliminary Prelimin-ary hearing for Thomas Jenson, Sherman Jenson and Earl Jackson Jack-son of Fredonia, charged with catties thefts, was brought before Judge Laurtizen Aug. 23. County Attorney Hammond . attended from Kingman. TJefense attorneys were Arthur Woolley of Ogden and Delworth Woolley of Manti. Sherman Jenson and Earl Jackson Jack-son were acquitted and Thomas Jenson was bound over to the District Court. The cattle in question belonged to John H. Schmutz and Jack Findlay of St. George, and Rolland Lamb of Orderville. There was a large attendance at-tendance at the trial, according to reports. |
