Show Isaac Hunt, Former Dixieite, Dies In L. A. Relatives in this city received word last Thursday of the sudden death in Los Angeles of Isaac Alpha Hunt. Mr. Hunt, a one-time resident resi-dent of this city, was born in St. George, a son of Isaac and Partha Ann Barney Hunt, early pioneers of Utah and Dixie, August 22, 1880. Death was due to a heart attack. Mr. Hunt's early life was spent here and at Pine Valley. After his marriage he moved to Los Angeles, where he has since resided. re-sided. He is survived by his widow and three sons, and by the following follow-ing -brother and sisters: Isaac Hunt, Mrs. Louisa H. Jacobson, Mrs. Emma Cox, Mrs. Claud Cannon Can-non and Mrs. Ralph Carter, all of this city and Mrs. Jos. E. Gubler of LaVerkin; Mrs. Jed Cox, of Los Angeles; Mrs. Susie Terry, San Francisco and Mr. , Wm. Terry of Alpine, Utah. Funeral services were held on Monday with burial in the Ingle-wood Ingle-wood cemetery in Los Angeles. Attending the funeral from here were Mrs. Ralph Carter and Mrs. Emma Cox of this city, Mrs. Jos. E. Gubler of La Verkin and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Cox of Cedar City. |
