Show OKDI.VANCE An Ordinance relating lo the licensing and sale of light beer at retail, and amending Section 3, Ch.-ipb.T 1, of the 1939 Revised Ordinances of the City of St. George. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of, St. George, that: SECTION I That Section 3 of Chapter 1, .second paragraph of said Section under Classification, Class "B", is hereby amended to read as follows: fol-lows: Class "B" retail license, which entitles the Licensee I to sell beer on draft for consumption con-sumption on or off the j , premises on each day of the i week and to have all privi- leges granted to holders of Class A retail license in ac-' ac-' coi'dance with the Liquor Control Act of Utah. SECTION II Section 3, Chapter 1. second i paragraph of the 1939 Revised j Ordinances of the City of St. George, and all portions thereof, in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed, j SECTION III i It is hereby declared that in order to protect the people's ! health and safety of St. George 1 City, it is necessary for this i Ordinance to become effective , immediately and it is therefore declared to be effective on the date of its publication in the i Washington County News, to-wit: The 11th day of April, 1940. j Passed by the City Council of the City of St. George, Utah, this 6th day of April, 1940.
