Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, June 19, 1940. Veola Hatch, P. O. Box No. 7, Enterprise, Utah, has filed Application Appli-cation No. 13517 to appropriate 5 sec. ft. of water from the East Fork of Beaver Dam Wash in Washington county; said water will be diverted during the entire year at a point S. 89 deg. 46 min. E. 1598 ft. from the NW Cor. of Sec. 16, T. 39 S.. R. 18 W.. SLB&M; used for mining, milling and other purposes incidental thereto, which uses will consume 1 sec. ft. of water and the balance will be returned after use to the East Fork of Beaver Dam Wash at a point S. 89 deg. 52 min. E. 1450 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 35. T. 39 S., R. 19 W., SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Hum-pherys, Hum-pherys, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee on or before August 24, 1940. T. H. HUMPHERYS, State Engineer.
