Show NOTICK TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office of State Kn-ineer Salt Lake City, Utah June 5,1 1940. Virgin Town, Virgin, Utah, has filed Application No. 13581 to appropriate .05 sec. ft. of water from North Gooseberry spring area in Washington county. Said spring area is described as follows: fol-lows: Beginning at a point S. 48 deg. 45 min. E. 346 ft. from the W'A Cor. Sec. 1, T. 42 S., R. 12 W SLR&M. and running thence E. 600 ft., S. 600 ft., W. 71'6 ft., N. 600, ft., and E. 126 ft", to beginning. The water will be collected during the entire year nt a point S. 48 deg 45 min. E. 400 ft. from said W'A Cor. Sec. 1, conveyed by pipe to the Town of Virgin, and there used for domestic and municipal purposes. Protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Hum-pherys, Hum-pherys, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee on or before August 10. 1940. T. H. HUMPHERYS, State Engineer.
